I rented the property for my friends, and they were very comfortable there. They also said the service was really good.

The rooms are large, the bathrooms are good, and the standard is decent. There’s no food arrangement, though, since it’s like a room in a flat. I found it good value at 2500 INR, but wouldn’t pay much more. The accommodation is enjoyable at that price, so cost=happiness.

We had a fantastic stay in Edapally. The apartment had a spacious room, a clean and attractive washroom, plus kitchen access and a washing machine. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning or evening, and there are restaurants and places to hang out nearby. It suits couples and families well. Parking can be a little tricky, but I’d recommend the place to everyone.

The caretaker boy was very helpful, and the quiet location felt suitable for a family. There are restaurants within 1 km and Wi-Fi is available. The room is spacious and the building is new, but poor housekeeping kept this from being an outstanding stay. The washrooms were not clean, the floors were still slippery from some chemical after almost 16 hours in the room, and the lines were dirty. There were no soap or body wash, and parking was tricky.
