The service was awful, and the TV didn't work. The bathroom had no light, and the bed was made by pushing two tiny beds together, which was really uncomfortable. We left because of all this. Definitely not recommended.

Rooms are clean, and for ₹1,300 per room it's a budget option in kochi, close to kaloor and kaloor stadium. Restaurants are nearby too. Make sure you discuss everything by phone first: how many people are staying, whether there will be ladies or a family, and how many guests can stay in each room. Everyone needs ID proof. That should help avoid last-minute problems and extra charges that could ruin your day.

I stayed five nights at the Metro Residency, and after a couple of days it felt like a home away from home. Akshay welcomed me warmly and gave outstanding service. The room was very nice, and bars on all the windows made me feel completely secure. I also liked the convenient location. A downside is that it's very close to a mosque, and the prayer calls woke me a couple of times at 5 AM. WiFi isn't available in every room.
