The curtains weren't fitted properly, and there were rats around the property. The room and bathroom also had remains of used “cool lip” products, so it hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet flush didn't work, and there was no water in the morning. The shower was awkward to use because you had to stand extremely close to it. The TV was out of order, and the ceiling fan kept making noise. The hygiene and maintenance were very poor.

We booked a night and waited outside for about an hour late at night. No one was at reception, and when I called, they didn't answer. The worst hotel I've ever seen.

I ended up cancelling my booking because there was no support. At O Padma Hotel, the reception was empty and messy, with water all over the floor and no staff there. I called the listed numbers several times, but nobody picked up. Very disappointing.

The room was waterlogged, and the sheets, towels, and pillowcases were dirty and used. The bucket and mug in the toilet hadn't been cleaned either, and there were no toiletries, bottled water, or hot drinking water. There's no room service. The hotel contact number doesn't work. The geyser and AC did work, but not the AC remote. This doesn't meet OYO standards at all.

Water was unavailable much of the time, and the rooms were very dirty. They hadn't even changed the linens. The service was terrible.
