Mr. Sunil’s kind, welcoming attitude and readiness to help really stood out during our stay. The staff were responsive and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the whole visit pleasant. Highly recommend Zostel Ernakulam for an easy, comfortable stay.

From check-in through check-out, Sunil was professional and attentive to the details. Under his management, the staff are organized and guest comfort clearly comes first. The property itself is very clean, well kept, and thoughtfully set up for travelers. I had a wonderful stay at thiszostel, and would recommend it for a safe, smooth, premium hostel experience.

Zostel Ernakulam felt more like home than a hostel, thanks to the lively atmosphere, lovely people, and welcoming community. The rooms were super clean, and the common areas were relaxed places to meet great travelers. Kochi felt like family by the time I left, after making some wonderful friends in the welcoming Zostel community. I came for a four-day work trip and stayed for more than four weeks. I could have moved to another hotel, but the people managing the property, the community, and the great experiences day after day made me stay. Cancelling my Airbnb and choosing a bed at Zostel was one of my best decisions. Monika, Anjana, Sumodh bhai, Shaanu, Mony, Nassru, and captain Sreejit made the stay memorable, and now I’ve got some cool friends in Kochi ❤️. Thanks to Sapan Dada and team for keeping us fed even during the gas crisis 😃. The food really is made with love. If you want a lively backpacker community, a comfortable spot for remote work, or a place that feels like home, Zostel Kochi is the place. I’ll be back soon 🙌
