After we arrived, they refused our Oyo booking, saying three people could share a room only if they were all the same gender. I don’t know why, but we came across this rule everywhere in kerela. The room itself was very small, didn’t feel spacious at all, and had a strong cigarette smell. We didn’t like it, so we never checked in.

There’s no food at the hotel, though a nearby restaurant will deliver. The rest of the experience was okay, but the room was in poor shape. I found hair and dirt on the bed, and the washroom hadn’t been cleaned properly.

I chose this place because it was close to my friend’s wedding venue. The room was clean, which is about all you should expect. The bathroom smelled bad for some reason. If you just need a cheap place to sleep for a night, it’s a decent option.

The night shift front office staff member had a very poor attitude. He wouldn’t take queries, didn’t look at customers, and seemed uninterested in working there. The linen wasn’t very good either, and the rooms were small. It was a really bad experience, and I won’t stay at this hotel again. Oyo needs to look into the staff’s behavior. Customers aren’t staying for free at accommodation booked through Oyo.

The place is in a good location and fairly cheap, but it isn’t well maintained and there aren’t any real amenities.
