I never stayed at the property. I was trying to book through Amazon–MakeMyTrip because I had extra offers there, and called to check whether they took online reservations. The person who answered said they didn’t. The reply came across as arrogant and unprofessional, so I answered in the same tone. I work in hotel reservations myself, and this isn’t a professional way to handle the situation. A property can choose whether to accept online reservations, and I understand that. But if they don’t want them, they should close their online inventory or avoid listing there. Otherwise, potential guests end up wasting their time. At the very least, they could have explained it politely, especially in hospitality.

The location was handy for a vacation, just a short drive from Kochi Marine Drive, and there were plenty of markets nearby for food and shopping. Grace Regency also had spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff who went above and beyond. Free WiFi and parking were a nice bonus. We had a better stay than expected and would recommend it.

I booked online, but they refused to give me a room when I arrived and kept my money without refunding it. Two staff members were very rude, seemed drunk, and spoke to me in a completely unprofessional way. It was upsetting and left me feeling very uncomfortable, especially as a woman. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The staff were supportive and treated us well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was satisfied with the service and the stay overall.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff took care of my needs, including food and taxis. The hotel is also very close to Ernakulam Main market, and within walking distance of Patma movies and MG Road,Ernakulam. I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay at hotel Grace Regency.
