The stay wasn't worth the price or the 3-star rating on the booking web site. The room was cramped and uncomfortable, the cot wasn't comfortable or up to standard, and the wardrobe was just a tiny box like a cloakroom locker. The TV didn't work properly either. When we complained, the room boy used a small stick to switch it on because the power button was pushed inside the TV frame. The set-top box was hanging loose, and its remote didn't work. It all pointed to poor maintenance and a lack of basic facilities.

Rooms aren't clean, but if you're on a lower budget, I'd suggest this hostel because it's near ernakulam railway station.

I'm completely disappointed by the service. The person sitting at reception was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to guests, with a very poor attitude and no hospitality skills. I would never recommend this hotel. I specifically ask the management and owner to teach the staff how to handle guests and respect customers.

The non-AC room was extremely cramped, and there were no amenities. I also spotted some ants and termites. Although the room looked clean, the sheets and bed setup really need a lot of improvement.

The location is handy, just a short walk from Ernakulam north railway station. Rooms were clean and neat, and the customer service was excellent.
