Sunny Mathur, the manager, deserves a mention for his hospitality and great management. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and the food was delicious and good quality. My room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I'd happily come back.

I called ahead and told the hotel which government-issued ID I planned to use, and they said it was fine. But after I arrived in Ajmer, someone at the front desk kept me waiting in the lobby for over an hour before refusing to let me check in with that ID. The area hotels were all booked, so I ended up showering in the railway station lounge. I later used the very same ID to check into a four-star hotel in GOA without any trouble. This place was unreliable and the customer service was very poor.

The staff were cooperative and well-mannered, and breakfast poha was delicious. My sister and I both had a very comfortable stay, with clean bedding, a spotless room, and a clean washroom. We had an awesome time and I'd recommend this Samrat Hotel to anyone visiting Ajmer.

Manager Sunny Mathur was very welcoming and made sure our needs were taken care of. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the food was great, and the rooms were clean. We stayed here while visiting Ajmer and found it quite good.
