I spent hours waiting for water in the bathroom and eventually left without brushing my teeth. It ran out three times, and staff did little to address what should have been a basic need. The TV was broken too, which made the room less comfortable, and it never worked during my stay. The problems started at check-in. I had booked through OYO for 833 rupees, but on arrival they asked for 1,209. I couldn't get a refund, so I paid the extra 376 rupees and took a room. The taps and shower were broken, the floor was filthy, and the bedding looked used. I felt uneasy the whole time. When I raised the extra charge and the room issues, the staff seemed unconcerned and avoided helping. I asked for a receipt for the additional payment but got no proof, which left me questioning how transparent the billing was. I also tried calling the front desk several times. Often nobody answered, and when someone did, they gave absurd excuses.

The location is convenient and easy to reach. That was the only good thing I found. I'd stay here only if everywhere else was booked and this was the sole option. They claim the Wi-Fi works, but it doesn't. The hot water tap is just a tap with no water coming out. Rooms aren't clean, with mosquitoes and cockroaches around. Towels and bed linen seemed clean only when first brought in. Staff will listen, but apparently only if you go down to reception.

The room was the letdown. The sheets, blanket cover, and pillowcases were all dirty, and the TV didn't work. They gave a bath towel and soap only when we asked for both. The location is great, with the bus station, metro, and railway station nearby. The staff were very friendly.

I paid 890 rupees, and the room wasn't worth it. Check-in took a long time, and there was just one power socket in the whole room. The bathroom socket was broken too. There was no soap, towel, floor mat, or Wi-Fi. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, and it smelled of cigarettes. Even after I complained, cigarette ash was still there.

I didn't end up staying here. At reception, they asked for 1,200 rupees even though the OYO app showed 557. I called OYO customer service, and they moved me to a better hotel at no extra cost, though sorting it out was a hassle. I can't say much about the room itself, but the reception didn't give a good impression. There were lots of houseflies around. The location near Town Hall metro station seems to be the one positive.
