Prime D Chandlier By FabHotel

Being close to the railway station was the one good thing. The stay wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it. Although we booked ahead, our rooms weren't ready at check-in and we waited over two hours. Cleaning was also late, yet asking for an extension meant paying another 500. There was no proper food facility, too many mosquitoes, an odour in the tiny room, and peeling walls. Housekeeping only did the floor and changed the sheet, leaving cobwebs and dusty lamps and fan. The AC vent was especially dirty, which felt unhygienic. The lift and AC didn't work properly, making things difficult for my elderly parents, and the water was yellowish. Very bad.

The place smelled awful as soon as I entered, the bathrooms stank, and the floor smelled of cigarettes. Cockroaches greeted me in the room. The phones didn't work, and even getting the door open with the key felt like a puzzle. I don't know if they even have room boys. This was a terrible place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend it for families. Never stay here.

The location is superb, right on the main road with the railway station nearby, and the price was very reasonable. Inside, the lobby was spacious, and so was the room, which had a separate dining area. Toiletries and bottled water were provided, and the bathroom was very clean with hot water running all the time. There's a restaurant, and the staff were cooperative, especially the friendly front office team. I'd stay here again on my next visit.

The bed was comfortable, and thankfully there was hot water, but the hotel wasn't worth the price. There were mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom was awful. Room service seemed confused when I asked for an extra bottle of mineral water, as if no one had asked for one before. The AC took a long time to do its job. It seems the hotel was built to a decent standard but hasn't been maintained.
