Hot water was available all day, and the location is prime. The room, though, was very average and could have been cleaner. It didn’t really feel like a 3-star hotel, and the price seemed a little high for the experience.

A practical, affordable choice for a quick stay, especially for bachelors or short business trips. The rooms aren’t spacious, but they’re neat, clean, and well maintained. Hotel Prime Palace, MG Road, Kochi is very close to MG Road, railway stations, bus stands, and boat jetties, which makes getting around easy. Don’t expect luxury, but the basic comfort and cleanliness are there.

The heart of Ernakulam MG Road is a good location, but the hotel needs urgent maintenance. Rooms are cramped, the AC doesn’t cool properly, and there are cockroaches and other small insects in the bathroom and nearby areas. The shower fittings look temporarily adjusted. The bedsheets are old and worn, the curtains are dusty, and the towels are so dusty you’ll need to wash them before using them. Staff who speak Hindi were irresponsible. Fixing these problems could make it a good hotel on MG Road. For a 3-star place, it offers 0-star value.

The location is excellent, but the room wasn’t worth what we paid. ₹3,000 for two days felt very high given its condition. The online photos are misleading, the actual room looks completely different, and everything besides the location was average, about 3/5. Overpriced for what’s offered.

The location is good, right in the heart of the city, but I was very disappointed by the rooms. The beds and bedsheets were very poor, and the rooms aren’t suitable for families. They mention 3-star, but the rooms are like a lodge. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
