The hotel is close to Golden Temple, and the staff did help store our luggage in the cloak area after checkout. But the room was in bad shape when we arrived: sheets, covers, and pillowcases had oily food stains and hair all over them, there was no toilet kit, and the blanket smelled rotten. We had to keep asking for soap, shampoo, clean towels, an extra mattress for three adults and a child, and the complimentary breakfast. The staff seemed new to hospitality, though they were okay otherwise. I raised the problems with Oyo, but saw no action. It feels like hotels in this busy tourist area don't care about quality. They also begged me for a five-star rating on the Oyo app, saying each five-star rating gets them Rs. 50.

The room was okay, though a bit unmaintained, and the bed covers and mattress weren't very clean. AC and everything else worked fine. They only gave us two towels after we asked twice, otherwise they provide just one. There's only soap, and they accept cash only, no cards.

There was what looked like vomit on the bathroom floor, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedding was stained, damp, and had to be replaced when we asked. Even the pillow had mould on it. We also had to ask for a towel and hand soap because neither was provided. I was genuinely worried about my health sleeping here. The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. DONT come here.

They didn't have the facilities ready when we needed them. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I'm never staying here again. I'd suggest nobody book this hotel.

They charged us an excessive amount, and the way they spoke to customers was awful. One of the worst hotels ever. I ask everyone to avoid this place and give it a zero rating.
