Collection O 36138 Aditya Guest House 1

The rooms were very clean and the staff were good. It's a quiet place, though set a little inland, with no shops or markets nearby. A beautiful OYO Hotel in Guwahati.

The room was tiny, the sheets weren't right, and it looked nothing like the photos on the OYO app. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it. We only got one blanket in winter, no towel, griger, or soap, and they couldn't even provide a bottle of mineral water. There was no foot mat either. This is a flagship, not Collection O.

I left my ring behind after checking out, and only remembered when I was halfway to the station. I called and asked them to look, and they actually found it and returned it. I'm really thankful for their hospitality and service. The rooms are clean and nicely spacious, too.

I booked at a discounted rate through OYO, but they refused to check me in when I arrived and demanded a so-called complimentary charge that was three times what I'd paid. Don't pay extra if they make that demand. Contact OYO customer service and ask to be moved to the nearest hotel. You can ask for a better one than your original booking too. Awful experience.
