I checked out early and won't book here again. The room was unhygienic, with dirty sheets and stained pillows, and the washroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was a foul smell as soon as I walked in. One towel smelled foul, like bodily fluids, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The drinking water wasn't from sealed branded bottles and looked like it was refilled on-site, which felt unsafe. Staff were unprofessional and made excuses instead of fixing the problems. The online photos were completely misleading. For what they charged, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety were far below basic expectations. Totally unsafe and disgusting. Avoid it.

The area was crowded and covered with rubbish, and autos and taxis wouldn't go there. Inside, there was no ventilation, the tiny room felt suffocating, the washroom was dirty, and the bedsheets looked used. The staff and owners were rude, and they charged extra money. This is very unhygienic and highly not recommended. Don't stay here unless it's your last option in all of Mumbai.

I'm from Kutch, Gujarat, and we stayed for three days. They cleaned our room only once, and only after we asked. Otherwise, we had to clean it ourselves, and the service wasn't proper. We used one of their plates for food, and a staff member told us to wash it. We didn't expect that kind of treatment after paying 2500 per day. A very bad experience.

Please don't book here. It's the worst of the worst. I can't understand how people stay here. I'd rather stay at a railway station. Please, please, please don't book.
