They didn’t clean the rooms. If you’re booking through OYO, don’t, because they don’t keep the room availability updated regularly. Shitty hotel.

The room smelled awful, and there was no real service or facilities for guests. We called the number on the door, but nobody came to see what we needed. The owner seemed greedy, and the way staff spoke to us was very rude. Please don't book here.

Rooms were filthy, with mosquitoes everywhere. Easily the worst hotel in Amritsar.

The AC wasn't working, and the blankets were really dirty. The rooms hadn't been cleaned properly either.

Even one star feels far too generous for this place. The worst Oyo hotel.
