We used this budget homestay in Port Blair on both the first and last day of our trip, which worked out really well. The owner was thoughtful enough to arrange breakfast at 5:00 AM to fit our ferry schedule. The rooms and toilets were very clean and looked after, with the basic amenities provided. There’s also a shared dining space with a microwave and induction stove, which guests can make use of. Comfortable and good value.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really good. Our room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

We had breakfast included, and since we were leaving at 6:30 AM for the ferry to Havelock, the owner packed it to suit our preferences. That was a thoughtful touch and showed real care for guests. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable from check-in, and guests can also use a well-kept common kitchen to cook or warm their own food. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunnyvale.

Good value for the price, with a roomy, comfortable room and complimentary breakfast. The washroom was large, with clean toiletries, and there’s a small kitchen with a microwave. It’s close to Aberdeen Jetty, Phoenix Jetty, and Aberdeen Market.

We’re enjoying our stay here. The owner is professional, calm, and polite, and explained all the details about the property. It’s very close to Phoenix bay jetty. I read the online reviews before booking, and I can see why people have left such positive feedback.
