The staff were friendly, and the rooms had the basics I needed, including AC, WiFi, and TV. It’s a nice place with plenty of facilities for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness could be a bit better, and there wasn’t drinking water in the room, so we had to bring our own.

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help. I had an absolutely amazing stay, and this will be the first hotel I think of around this location.

The rooms are cramped and very small. There’s no restaurant, and the TV only gets local channels.

silverkey is a pretty good room and the stay was quite nice, close to south railway station in kochi. The room is small for two people.
