At Bakhtawar Hotel, the staff’s hospitality really stood out, and the location was convenient. The facilities were excellent too, from comfortable rooms with modern amenities to common areas that were inviting and carefully maintained. My stay was memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

I came from Hyderabad with my family and stayed at Hotel bhaktawar for two nights in March. It was a very good, affordable place. The rooms were good and had heated bed mats, the food was decent, and both the staff and chef were really nice.

Asif Bhai and his family were so warm and welcoming that it felt like being at home. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the bathrooms were good, and the food was all good quality. Room service and the other facilities were great too. I recommend coming here to enjoy your holiday. I promise I’ll visit my second home again and again.

The home-like hospitality made me feel as if I’d never left home. Hotel Balhtawar was a wonderful base for exploring the region and experiencing local culture, from Dal Lake and the lively markets to the beautiful landscapes. It all felt well placed for exploring, and every moment was unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and had electric heated blankets, just right for Kashmir’s cold winters. The hotel can also arrange a very good quality car and driver for hire, which made getting around easy. Breakfast and dinner were included, with unbelievable vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Dinner balanced taste and healthiness well, and breakfast was made to your choice if you told them the night before. WiFi was available too. I can’t recommend Hotel Balhtawar highly enough for a comfortable, immersive stay in Srinagar. It really felt like a home away from home. We always stay in hotels, but the hospitality here made it feel like we hadn’t left home.
