For 2.6k a night, this was the state of the room: dirty mats and pillows, no pillow covers, nails beneath the bedsheet, and grimy walls. There were no basics like shampoo either. When we asked about hair on the cover, room service just said it was a cleaning problem, and the front desk guy didn’t seem to care. Better not to go to Kochi if you don’t have a friend you can stay with. Hotels like this should be banned.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were good. It’s easy to get around from here, with Ernakulam Jetty nearby. A few rooms aren’t in great shape, though, and both the limited parking and cleanliness could be better.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms. Its location was convenient too.

We booked after reading the reviews, but the room hadn’t been cleaned properly when they handed it over. At 1am, they called and asked us to move our car to make parking available for someone else. We’ve never had service this bad.

The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were clean and good. But the toilet seemed poorly maintained and old, with a leaking tap. Don’t expect room service. After 10 pm there was no one available, not even at reception. We called around 10:45 for water and a towel, but nobody answered.
