The room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well, and they let me extend my stay by an hour. The surroundings are nice, with a supermarket downstairs and a good vegetarian restaurant opposite. There were a few issues, though: no toothbrush or toothpaste, marks on the bedsheet, no hot water in the bathroom, and the toilet wasn't clean.

The bathroom was dirty and the flush didn't work, and the place looked more like a wine shop bar than a hotel. The receptionist behaved very badly and used abusive words toward customers. He said guests who book through OYO wouldn't be treated with respect. Even though the guidelines say there's no smoking, someone kept ringing the bell at night and asking for a matchbox. I contacted OYO customer care, but they only said they'd look into it and take appropriate action. They also asked for an extra 1000 rupees for a very cheap room. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Everything is close by, including shops, restaurants, and a medical store, and the hotel is easy to reach from the main road. The large parking area is handy for a city center stay. Rooms are clean and decent, and the price is reasonable. Calling directly may be cheaper, and they seem to count the 24-hour stay from when you arrive. The TV had no channels when I checked, and the Wi-Fi worked, but the speed could get very slow, so I couldn't rely on it fully. All in all, I had a good stay.

Our room was huge, with space for around six people, at least the one we stayed in. Service came within 30 minutes, and being near the railway is a real plus. The only problem for me was that there wasn't enough hot water in the bathroom.
