The manager was the main problem: very rude, unprofessional, and without basic courtesy. It came across as if guests were a burden instead of customers. The hotel itself was average at best, so the whole experience was disappointing.

The room was excellent, and the price was affordable. It had everything a family needs, and felt similar to a five-star hotel. Highly recommendable.

The hotel itself was nothing special, but the manager’s behavior made the stay very disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and we felt unwelcome the whole time.

I called before checking in about the room I’d booked, and the receptionist said they had no booking under my name. The way they spoke was unprofessional, and it was a bad experience from their side.

The location is the best part of this average hotel in Ettumanoor. There’s parking, and the rooms are average too. I didn’t try the restaurant.
