The Castle Resort Fagu

The property is new, well maintained, cozy, and has everything in good quality. It’s cool and calm, away from the main city noise, though still near the main road. The view is quite good and there’s enough parking. The resort manager is eager to help, but one person can’t do everything alone, the team needs to work together with a plan. Staff should talk openly with guests and sort out issues right away where possible. There are some downsides. It’s a long way to go shopping, and traffic takes up a lot of time. No room heater was provided, so the extreme cold disturbed my sleep. When I asked for water, it took an hour to arrive. From what I saw, there wasn’t much kindness toward taxi drivers. Offering them food and shelter is service to mankind. The food quality is good, but the preparation needs work, and the chef needs to go the extra mile.
