Cygnett Collection KK Hotel

I highly recommend this property. We stayed for three days with our 4.5 year old daughter while attending a conference, and colleagues and their families stayed in other rooms. Neha, Manali, and the restaurant manager did an amazing job serving us. The staff were attentive, courteous, and well trained, and the hygiene was proper. Reception staff were good and prompt.

Our anniversary celebration turned into a disaster at Cygnett Hotel Ayodhya. The order took over 30 minutes, then arrived cold and tasteless, and the food was inedible. Service was abysmal, while the manager was rude and unapologetic. The prices were steep for such subpar quality. When we left because of the wait, nobody seemed to care. The staff seemed completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. I'm extremely disappointed. Don't waste your money or time here. 😔

The ingredients in the food were very good quality, and the dishes were non oily and non spicy. The rooms were spic and span, with good quality toiletries provided. The whole place had a relaxing ambience, and staff were kind and helpful. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was given attention. We had a very nice stay.

The room was in ideal condition, with everything in place. It had a king bed, and even the sofa was big enough for me to sleep on at 6 ft. The photos matched what we found, and the restaurant on the 3rd floor served delicious food. Service was perfect from check-in to check out, with polite, helpful staff. The hotel is at the starting of Ayodhya if you're coming from Lucknow side. The airport is around 3 km away and Ram mandir around 9 km, but local transport like electric auto is easy to get. Highly recommend, especially for families.
