Hotel Krinoscco

Krinoscco is a really good hotel if you get a room for around 3000. At 5000, it doesn't feel as good. The rooms are medium sized but have just about every facility, and the bathroom is clean, spacious, and has huge mirrors. There's a rooftop restaurant with delicious food, plenty of parking space, and front desk staff who make check-in quick and smooth. Compared with the other nearby hotels, Krinoscco is a much better place to stay in Ayodhya.

The peaceful atmosphere felt right for Ayodhya and made the stay calm and comforting. The rooms were somewhat small, and service could have been faster, but neither issue seriously spoiled the visit. A simple place with a serene setting that suits the city.

The location was convenient, and both the breakfast and food were satisfactory. The room itself was a letdown: the floor was very dirty, there were a few cockroaches, and the room had not been cleaned properly. When we asked for housekeeping, staff refused to clean it. Service was also extremely slow, and we had to call several times just to get drinking water. It did not meet our expectations and did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

The biggest problem was noise from rooms beside the convention and wedding hall. Events brought loud music and people moving around, so families with children or older guests should avoid those rooms. The hotel should take care with room assignments during events and consider better soundproofing near the banquet area. Staff also knocked or called to collect plates without being asked, which interrupted our privacy and should happen only on request. Away from those issues, the place is easy to spot and has an attractive look. The rooms were spacious, clean, bright with natural light, and had comfortable beds and hot water all day. Staff were warm and helpful, room service was prompt, and the food was very good, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, especially nice desserts, and a large breakfast spread. They can also prepare meals for kids on request. The location earned 4.5/5: major sights such as Hanuman Garhi, Ram Mandir, and Kanak Bhawan are about 10-15 minutes away. The hotel arranged tours with experienced, polite drivers who knew the routes well, and cab service to the airport and railway station was available. I rated hospitality 4/5 and the rooms and amenities 4.5/5. In all, a good stay, and a few changes to privacy and noise handling would improve it.
