They called dinner and breakfast buffets unlimited, but portions were very limited and staff watched to see if you would ask for more. To get proper food, we were told to travel 3 km to their tie-up restaurant, which was a hassle. There was no food provided for the kids, and when we asked, a staff member snapped, “Kids ke thodi complimentary hota hai.” We had clearly included the children’s details when booking. The place felt uncomfortable as soon as we entered, and the road to it is very narrow, making vehicle access difficult. We had booked a room with an extra bed, but they just left a mattress on the floor, with no cot or basic courtesy. It was extremely cold, and we couldn’t sleep peacefully. This felt like a cheap lodge, nowhere near a 3-star hotel. The whole stay was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it at all, avoid it.

Our package at Hotel Manas Inn included breakfast and dinner, and the staff were really friendly. It’s a great family-friendly place to stay. I’d suggest putting hair dryers in the rooms. If you’re visiting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, I highly recommend staying here.

The only real downside was the location. It’s tucked well inside the market, so the area is very busy, though it works well if you want to step out and shop. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are large and very clean, with good clean toilets. There’s no in-house restaurant or proper dining area, but reception helped us order very good food from a nearby place and arranged a meal for all 12 of us together. The reception staff were helpful throughout. Good experience, 4.5/5.

The room and service were okay, but the outsourced breakfast was poor for the price. Overall, it’s not a good choice for salespeople.

The rooms were clean and good, and the staff were polite and helpful. There’s no restaurant, so they order anything you need from outside.
