I arrived for my birthday evening on 10th of January at 4pm, and the staff’s behavior made the stay awful. They first insisted on seeing ID before check-in. I understand why that matters, but we had four bags and I asked for 10 minutes to put them down. In the end, I left a bag on the floor. Later, as I was heading out for dinner, staff asked if I was checking out. I said no. They asked again the next morning when I went for breakfast. Then, with 15 minutes still left before checkout the next day, they called my phone. When I didn’t answer, they called my partner to remind us checkout was at 11am because other guests were waiting. How could we be checking out without our bags? The staff were highly unprofessional. I wasted 4000/- on this pathetic treatment. When I complained, the manager was speechless. I’d recommend paying 500-1000 extra and booking hotel Aura/ saipalace grand. Everything else was booked when we chose this place, and it turned out to be the worst experience.

The staff were rude to customers, and the service felt unprofessional throughout. Such a bad hotel, they really need to close it down.

The room itself was quite good, and whenever I ordered food, staff brought it right to my door. They were kind throughout my stay. The setting is less appealing: the hotel is just below Mitchowki metro station, in a shabby area that looks like a slum, though it was okay. My window looked straight at the neighboring wall, so there was no view worth spending time on. There’s a club next door, and on weekends loud music goes on until almost 2-3am, which can be really frustrating. The room cost almost 5k, which gave me higher expectations. I don’t think it needed to cost that much, and feel 3.5k max would be fair.

The ads give a completely misleading picture of this hotel. What’s shown online doesn’t match what you find at check-in. It seems more geared toward hourly bookings, if you know what I mean, than genuine travelers or families. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, family-friendly place. Better to find a more professional and transparent hotel elsewhere.

Good stay, very neat and tidy, and the service was excellent. The overall nearness is top notch.
