The location worked well for us, close to shops and the airport, and we’d definitely come back. The hotel felt cosy and quiet inside, with no noise coming through. Rooms were comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping, especially Aditya. The food was yummy, the restaurant was very clean, and room service stayed available late at night, which was great. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and excellent. My room was a good size and clean, and the toilets were spotless too. The mattress deserves a mention: comfortable but firm, so I had no back problems after sleeping. I’d book here again if I need a place to stay in Dadar.

The security team’s welcoming smiles make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The hotel is ideally situated, and the service is at a very high level. The people are fantastic. I’ll always recommend this place.

I stayed from 8 sep 25 to 8 sep 25 and had a bad experience. The bed kept making noise, so it was uncomfortable to rest, and there were flies inside the room, which affected hygiene and comfort. These problems caused inconvenience and didn’t meet the quality I expected. Please look into them and resolve them for future guests. I’d also appreciate a response on what corrective steps are being taken. It was a waste of my money and time, with very bad service.
