Hotel Sudarshan

The restaurant made it easy to enjoy a good meal without leaving the hotel, and the rooms were consistently clean and well maintained. What really stood out was the service: the staff went above and beyond to look after guests, with a level of genuine hospitality that’s rare. Hotel Sudarshan is a great choice if you want professional service and a spotless place to stay. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m a tour organiser from Mumbai with PRIDE HOLIDAYS, and this was my first trip to Ayodhya. After looking through around 35-40 hotels on Google Maps, I booked 9 Deluxe rooms and 1 family room here. The location was good, the ambience was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. We ran into several problems, though. The family room’s AC kept tripping all night, the TVs in every room were difficult to operate, and the WiFi was very poor. The staff couldn’t help, so we ended up watching the final T-20 match on my mobile on 8th March. There was also a major communication gap between the reception and restaurant managers. Reception manager Saurabh Pandey said breakfast would be ready at 7.30 am, but kitchen staff only started at 8.10 am, and we didn’t get breakfast until after 8.45 am. Management needs to address this and improve efficiency. A few small improvements could make the hotel very popular with tourists.

The rooms and bathrooms were neat and spacious, and the staff behaved really well. The food was tasty too. We had a great family stay, and I’d highly recommend considering this hotel when you’re in Ayodhya.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Right on the highway, the hotel was easy to find and convenient for travellers. The food at the restaurant was fresh and flavourful, and the place was clean and well kept. Staff were polite, rooms were clean, and housekeeping was quick. The manager was especially helpful, pointing us to great spots beyond our list. It’s worth the price and highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Ayodhya.
