This is an average hotel, not a luxury place, and despite the name, it isn’t International. The staff are good and respond right away, and the owner is very cooperative. You’ll find it on Chitrwani Road, near Jhanda Chowk, opposite Delhi Gita Press.
Food tastes good and the prices are budget friendly. You can order it to your room, and there’s also parking for cars, even though the hotel is on a very busy road. It’s a good budget option for lower middle class guests. Cleanliness is okay for the price.
The room was too small, and the bedding made the stay uncomfortable: the sheet was torn and the blanket smelled bad. The area around the property seemed decent, but staff weren’t very attentive and I expected more help. I hope they improve the service.
I paid online in advance, but the hotel wouldn’t let me stay. Their backward mentality was clear. I asked for a refund and called Cleartrip to say that if I couldn’t stay, my money should be returned, but it still wasn’t. I’d never recommend staying here or booking through Cleartrip.
