The food was a real highlight, and guests kept complimenting its taste and quality. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the metro out front. The team at Hotel Saffron Kiran were polite and quick to help, so our guests were comfortable throughout their stay. We booked the whole hotel for our guests and held our Wedding, Mehendi, and Haldi functions there. Dharam ji kept everything moving smoothly from the planning through to the events. He was patient, supportive, easy to reach, and attentive to the details. Handling several functions and everyone’s accommodation could have been stressful, but his calm approach made it easy for our families. Choosing Hotel Saffron Kiran was one of our best decisions for the big day, and it gave us beautiful wedding memories. I’d highly recommend Dharam ji and the whole team for wedding events with guest stays. ✨

Getting around was easy, with good road connections, the metro, and a mall nearby. The hotel was calm, and its strict no smoking rule is a really good practice. Prices were quite reasonable too. It’s a simple, pleasant place to stay, with well mannered staff, courteous service, and good quality food.

I was very disappointed by the service. When I handed over my ID, a staff member threw my PAN card back and said they wouldn’t accept it. The response was rude and disrespectful, and guests shouldn’t be treated that way.

Checking out was stressful: instead of helping, the staff argued with me and spoke very impolitely. They treated me with no respect. Their rude, unprofessional attitude was there throughout my stay, and the service had been poor from the beginning. It was an uncomfortable experience, and no guest deserves to be spoken to like that. I’d never recommend this hotel.

We had a pathetic check-in, and I had a very bad experience with receptionist Mr. Lalit throughout the stay. Young married couples, don’t book here. Staff may assume you’re boyfriend and girlfriend and wrongly claim you’re pretending to be husband and wife. The behavior was very unprofessional. Early the next morning, when we were heading out for a walk, the receptionist asked about checkout formalities instead of saying good morning. He reminded me three or four times to check out before 11 am.
