The restaurant food was decent, which was one part of the stay that met expectations. My one night at Ginger Faridabad was otherwise average and didn’t feel worth the room tariff. I know business hotels in this area can cost more, but the service and facilities should match the price. The room was basic, only average for comfort and upkeep, and cleanliness needs work. There were no towels in the bathroom when I checked in, and clogged drains left water collecting while I showered. Those things should be sorted before a room is assigned. The TV also didn’t work. I told the service team, but they were slow to respond. The staff were polite, though the delays with these basic issues made the stay less comfortable. The property has potential, but it needs better maintenance, room preparation, and responsiveness to justify the rates.

The hospitality made my stay enjoyable, and the staff were professional and courteous, always willing to help. Vanshika and tarun deserve a special mention. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the food had great taste, quality, and variety. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was tasty, though the selection is limited and could use more options, especially for people staying several days. Housekeeping was satisfactory and the basic amenities were there. I had a decent stay at Ginger Faridabad. It’s well located for a short business or family visit, and the staff were polite and cooperative. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The rooms on the 4th floor were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The ones on the 2nd floor felt worn, with old interiors and fittings that need renovation. I’d ask for a 4th-floor room.

The food and service were good. Cleanliness at Ginger Faridabad could be better, though. Maintenance seems to vary by city, with some places fully clean and hygienic, while this one needs more attention. The bathroom door in the rooms is left open, so smells spread around. The shower has a cloth separator, which I found unhygienic. Glass or another material would be much better.

Neha and Deepika made the whole process easy and hassle-free, and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful they were. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming too. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.
