I changed hotels straight away after the staff's arrogance upset me. I was there on 11 jan 25 for an official visit and needed to get ready early in the morning, but there was no water, and the geyser wasn't working. I raised it with the staff, but their attitude was awful. Please don't visit.

The room was very dirty, and both the room service and staff behavior were very bad. The bad rounder smelled terrible. I called several times for drinking water, but none was brought, and there was no water in the bathroom, as shown in the attached video and photo. Don't waste your money staying here.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked how quiet it was, the cozy bed, and the great amenities. The room was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable. One of the best hotel stays I've had, and I'd highly recommend it.

I stayed last night but wasn't comfortable. The room was very dirty, and the staff service was bad, with staff behavior like an SBI employee. The room's facilities don't match the price.

Parking isn't really available, and you can only leave a bike at your own risk. The hotel didn't provide a water bottle or towel, though these should be in the room before you enter. The rooms were dirty and didn't look like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend it.
