The staff were helpful and the clean room had the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. A few services could have been quicker, but I had a good experience overall. Thanks for the hospitality.

The washroom was very dirty, and the room walls were dirty with gutka stains. The bathroom dustbin had condoms and other unwanted items left behind. The manager was extremely bad, and the staff's behavior was improper. The room service boy spoke rudely and argued. The reception person was very nice at check-in, but changed his behavior afterward. When we complained about the poor service, he told us to leave the room at 1 a.m. This is a very dirty, bad hotel. I request everyone not to stay here.

The room was nice and clean. Kavyaa inn team were very helpful and sincere, and Mangir was a nice guide.

The location is okay, but the rooms could still be kept in better condition.

The owner was really nice. The rooms, though, were very small and not very neat or tidy. They were missing some basic cleanliness.
