Arna Hotel

The hotel staff misplaced my laundry. When it was eventually returned, the clothes were discolored and looked damaged, which was completely unacceptable. I trusted them with my belongings, so this caused me real inconvenience and distress.

The food was nice, but the hotel itself was a substandard experience. I only stayed because Indigo had messed up and arranged accommodation here. The rooms smelled of damp walls, like fungus might grow, even though it was peak December and not the rainy season. I wouldn’t book this place for myself.

It’s only 100 metres from the main road, but there was no highway noise. A peaceful stay near the airport road, and worth it.

Ms. Pooja at reception made me feel welcome right from check-in. She was calm, polite, and patient with my questions, and helped with local travel suggestions. She was always warm when greeting guests and made sure people felt respected and cared for. Her hospitality really stood out. The in-house restaurant was another highlight. The meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a menu offering local and international choices. The whole staff was professional and kind, and room service was prompt. Housekeeping kept things in order throughout my stay. The hotel felt peaceful, with well-kept common areas and tasteful interiors. My room was clean and organized, with modern amenities, a cozy bed, spotless linen, and a hygienic, well-stocked bathroom. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness and genuine hospitality set a relaxing tone. I’d recommend it for business, pilgrimage, or leisure. Thanks to the management and staff, especially Ms. Pooja. I’ll return and encourage friends and family to stay here too.
