I've stayed here several times and the staff have welcomed me warmly each visit. Mr Ankur is especially helpful. The rooms are good, with all the facilities inside, and I like the design. It's pocket friendly too, with excellent service and property.

The staff were badly mannered and seemed to know only how to argue. The place is in a very backward area, and I saw the hotel accommodating some drunk people with a female. They didn't have bisleri to serve, and the mats and bedsheets were untidy. They didn't seem to care. Ms Preeti Gupta was unprofessional and only made excuses when asked for things. One of my worst experiences staying anywhere.

My booking was moved to another hotel before check-in, and nobody told me. They also didn't answer calls on time. I couldn't find the place they'd transferred me to, so my money was wasted. The worst experience. Don't book here.
