The iCube room at iStay Hotels Hyderabad worked well for my three day solo stay. It was compact but thoughtfully laid out, clean and modern, with the essentials, and didn't feel cramped. Staff were courteous and quick to respond, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The location is convenient for conferences and exploring Hyderabad. Comfortable and budget friendly for a short business trip or solo visit. I'd consider staying again.

I spent a day here in Hyderabad and found the price reasonable for what I got. The room was neat and clean, with a distinctive color scheme, and the reception through to the restaurant was all in good shape. The staff were polite, professional and cooperative. There was also space inside to take photos, with line paintings on the wall.

We booked through booking.com and spoke with the hotel about the reservation, but staff said they had no room because the online rate was low and tried to persuade us to book directly. When we arrived, Mr. Roy, who said he headed management, refused our request for a room. That was unprofessional and not how hospitality should work. I don't recommend this hotel.

The washroom had a foul smell and needs improvement. The gym treadmills weren't working, so the kids couldn't use them, and a little attention to service maintenance is needed. The kitchen and restaurant team, though, were supportive and helpful. Thanks for the tasty food.
