Traffic noise from the main road was constant, and the vibrations were so strong I couldn’t sleep comfortably. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. It’s a cheap roadside hotel, definitely not suitable for a family stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, it’s an OYO hotel.

Very poor. The food and rooms are very expensive, and the AC is out of order most of the time.

This hotel in Palwal is overpriced, and the service is awful. You can order something and then wait at least three hours, sometimes longer, for it to arrive. The staff act unprofessionally and are difficult to talk to. If you have another option, go there instead of booking this place. It can spoil your day and mood.

The owner and staff made this the worst experience I’ve had. I forgot my charger in the room, and when I returned to collect it, the owner came over and asked, “tu hai kya manish” like some goon running the hotel. He abused me and kept arguing in a loud voice. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the rooms were third class. It felt like a brothel. Don’t come here, even if you’re desperate.

The staff and manager were very rude, the rooms were filthy, and the toilets didn’t work properly. There was no service, and the food quality was extremely poor. I’ve never felt this bad about a stay. Don’t come to HOTEL MID TOWN.
