I paid ₹128 through Paytm UPI after they asked for 10% upfront via GPay or Paytm. My online booking was for two days at a total of ₹1,272, but when I got to the hotel they said they weren't connected with OYO and operated privately. They wanted ₹1,200 per day for the room alone, with no other facilities. I tried calling OYO customer service, but they kept disconnecting. This felt like a fraud, so don't book OYO rooms.
The room was really good, clean, and hygienic, and I liked having a seating area in it. One downside, they didn't provide genuine body care products.
The washroom had no water, even for flushing, because the motor wasn't working, and the AC in the room was out too. I had to check out without bathing despite having a meeting scheduled, then find another hotel just to take a bath. Worst experience ever 😡😡😡😡
The staff were horrible to deal with, and cleanliness seemed to mean nothing here. Easily the worst hotel in Old Faridabad. Don't visit.
The owner manages the place really well. Staff behaved nicely and gave full support.
