Hotel Duplex Villa

The rooms are huge, the balcony view is beautiful, and the staff are all helpful. It's in an excellent location, and the parking arrangements are good. I'd come back here and would tell everyone to visit at least once.

The house is beautiful and sits in a perfect spot on VIP road, inside VIP Enclave. But the manager was very rude. My father and I went to look at rooms for a family function. He showed us around and explained things, but wouldn't let us take photos. He said he'd send them by evening, wrote my Whatsapp number in the visitors book, and then never sent anything. We returned the next day to book four rooms. He said we had to book the whole building, which cost almost twice as much and wasn't possible for us. Even when we offered to pay right away for four rooms, he argued that it was the entire house or nothing. He also said he wouldn't accept an online booking. We had to leave without discussing anything further because of how rude he was. Owner, if you're reading this, please look into the matter. The place is lovely and well located, but because of this man's behavior I won't come back.

Shubho and Pradeep were very helpful, especially with directions to places we hadn't been before. We stayed peacefully for three days with my mother, with no disturbance or chaos. There's a kirana shop right beside the hotel, and it's directly opposite Vishal mega mart. The rooms are so well ventilated that from July onward you don't even need AC. We came from Hyderabad, and I'd recommend this place to tourists.

The staff refused to acknowledge the owner when he was called. Owner Mr Abhishek Agarwal personally calls Oyo customers and asks them to book directly with him, for a much higher price than Oyo charges.
