FabHotel Lake View Topsia

The bar on the fifth floor played music so loudly that it kept us awake all night, even on a weekday. We're checking out first thing in the morning, but the receptionist refuses to refund the two nights we won't be staying. The pictures don't match the actual rooms, and this place isn't for anyone wanting comfort, luxury, or cleanliness. Don't come with family. A truly miserable experience.

Even though we'd prepaid, they made us pay again at check-in and now won't return the money. The service wasn't good either. The sheets were torn, and there were no supplies in the washroom. They are totally fraudulent.

I found a cockroach in the room, the room wasn't clean, and there was no bath soap in the washroom. The towel was very dirty, and the replacement I asked for was dirty too. After seeing the room, I tried to cancel through AGODA, but customer care told me the booking couldn't be cancelled. I asked the front office manager to upgrade me and paid an extra Rs 1000, but the upgraded room was still unclean. This was a horrible experience with both FAB HOTEL and AGODA. From now on I won't book any FAB Hotel or recommend one. Please refund the full amount for this booking. Thanks, NAVNEET.

The bathroom water kept causing problems, including a malfunctioning shower. I had to call room service to switch on the pump to fill the tank, and changed rooms twice because of the water supply. The staff behaved unprofessionally and immaturely, complaining that I hadn't checked the allocated room. Making sure the shower and washbasin tap worked was the hotel's responsibility.
