The rooms and room service were very poor, and I had a really bad experience. The room felt like it was in a red-light area. Couples may need to be prepared to deal with the owner, while a middleman can end up suffering in this hotel. The lighting was inadequate, and the electricity problem was a major issue. Other problems could come up at any time. Please don't book here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Prices start at 1000rs to 1500rs for two or three people in one room. One extra mattress costs 200rs. 🤮🤮🤢🤢

The property itself is just okay, but the staff were so humble, sophisticated, and professional that I gave it five stars. I think the place is worth trying for their behavior. Great work, keep it up.

My booking was confirmed, but the staff were rude and refused to honor the room price listed on the OYO website. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I spent three hours going back and forth with Oyo and still ended up in a horrible room. They treated me as if booking through Oyo was a terrible mistake, and one person even asked why I hadn't come directly to book. If you use Oyo or another app, don't pay in advance. They may refuse to give you the room you booked or return your money, then make excuses.

I lost half of what I'd paid without even checking in. I had prepaid through OYO, but the manager wouldn't entertain me and called people who use OYO a 'racket' to get cheap bookings. Then OYO customer care fooled me afterward too. I guess the manager was right anyway.
