The staff at Hotel Kachnar were supportive throughout our three-day stay. When one person in our group felt unwell and stayed back with two kids, the staff brought food for the children and checked whether medicine was needed. The owner also helped with our requests, including food and accommodation, trip guidance, taxi booking, and advice on what Ayurvedic goods to buy, where to find them, and their benefits. I'd been planning my first Panchmarhi trip for a long time, and Hotel Kachnar helped make it joyful and memorable. Thanks to the owner and staff for all their help and guidance.

We had a smooth, problem-free stay at kachnaar. The food was tasty and came quickly, and they helped us plan our itinerary. They also arranged a pickup and drop to pipariya, even late at night. Host Mr Anand, rajkumar, and satyaheet were very helpful, and kept checking whether we were comfortable or needed anything. The hospitality was among the best I've experienced, and I'd highly recommend staying here.
