I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or anyone coming to Pachmarhi for a peaceful stay. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable because staff members were walking around drunk. Management was very poor, and the staff seemed extremely unprofessional. Our rooms were dirty, the bedsheets weren’t clean, and basic hygiene was lacking. When we raised this, we were met with rude behavior and no sense of responsibility. There was no proper service or respect for guests. A complete waste of money.

We stayed with friends. The amenities were only average and the facilities basic, but the service was friendly and attentive, which made up for that.

The staff were cooperative, which was the one good part. The rooms weren’t worth what we paid, Jio had no network in the hotel, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The TV only had free channels like durdarshan, and there was no room cleaning after evening. The owner was rude. If you write a review, he won’t provide any service and will taunt you.

The owner and staff were rude, and the rooms were dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Total waste of money, never again.

The location was excellent, and so was the service. I loved my two-day stay at Hotel Saket.
