The room service was awful: no wifi, toiletries, or food service, and the sheets and pillows weren't clean. I also had a bad experience with the owner, Amit kumar. He interferes in customers' lives and, if annoyed, may go too far to disturb you. He threatens to involve the police or contact parents, especially in the case of girls. After checkout, he calls parents and says insulting things about the character of girls who stayed there. Don't be misled by claims that he's a good guy.

The washrooms were smelly and very unclean, and I found cockroaches in the bed. The owner was rude, and there was no staff around.

Prices are far too high for the rooms and service, and there was no cleanliness at all. The owner or manager was rude and disrespectful. A waste of money, and the worst hotel in pachmarhi.

Amit Kumar Dubey works at this hotel and is very rude to customers. He lacks basic manners and needs to learn how to speak to people and develop basic social skills.
