The room was below average, the staff were rude, and they don't even have a TV subscription. The receptionist also enters feedback himself, as he likes. This was the worst hotel in Faridabad for me. I'd stay somewhere else.

The room couldn't be locked because there were no locks, and the toilet, bedsheets, and other things were filthy. They said breakfast was included but didn't provide it, and even the water bottle was a used one. Such a bad experience, a complete waste of money. Big zero.

Once we'd checked in, the staff became rude, and they wouldn't refund guests who wanted to cancel. At check-in they had been polite. The room leaked rainwater, and there wasn't even ten minutes of power backup. They didn't provide basic things like clean towels or water. A terrible stay 😱😱

There was no Wi-Fi, and the TV didn't work. The bedsheets, pillows, and towels weren't clean. I asked the hotel staff several times for a fresh towel, but never got one.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and they provided the other amenities well. Staff were friendly and the hospitality was awesome. Just go stay there, don't believe the negative comments.
