MakeMyTrip should check listings like this and remove hotels that aren't operating, so other travelers don't end up in the same situation. I booked Hotel O by OYO – Chaudhary Guest House in haryana faridabad through MakeMyTrip at 9:30 PM on 24-01-2026. When I got there at 1:00 AM on 25-01-2026, the hotel was shut and there was no staff. The number I called told me it wasn't available and said I should cancel. Arriving late at night after traveling and finding it closed felt extremely disappointing and unsafe. If it wasn't open, it shouldn't have accepted bookings.
