The room was filthy and smelled bad, with bed bugs and cockroaches. The pillow, sheets, and blanket were all unclean, and the staff refused to replace any of them. There was no drinking water, even though it was listed as complimentary. The TV, AC, and Wi-Fi didn't work, the cabinet was broken, and the bathroom was dirty and full of bugs. Staff behaved badly too. I booked through agoda, but when I arrived they said they were no longer connected to agoda because the previous owner had left or something. I waited at reception for nearly an hour before they finally agreed to let me stay. A horrible experience and a waste of money.

They let you bring food in from outside. The rooms work well for a night or two if you're out sightseeing around delhi all day and just need somewhere to rest at night.

The food wasn't good, and we found a bed bug in the room, so we couldn't sleep properly. The staff were rude too. A very bad experience.

We ended up leaving to go sightseeing instead of using the bed because the rooms were so bad and old. Be careful with the auto drivers, they get commissions from the hotel and you'll be charged extra. It was my first time in Delhi, and this stay was awful enough to make me hate the city. The worst hotel anyone could end up in. Don't go there.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the central location makes it easy to get around to local attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. A few guests have mentioned dust and stains, so some rooms could use a thorough cleaning. It seems to offer good value for money, especially for international business travelers and holidaymakers. Hotel India International Deluxe is in New Delhi.
