The manager's behavior was unprofessional, and the experience was totally the worst. The rooms are dirty and look nothing like they do in the apps. You can see everything inside through the windows from outside. The walls are broken, the beds are dirty, and the toilets are tiny and smell bad. Especially not recommended for couples.

I booked through Agoda on 10th September 2022 for my technician. The receptionist insisted on hard copies of their IDs, then took an extra 100Rs. from my technicians. They were given a non AC room and refused breakfast, and the staff were too rude whenever they asked anything. Just looting.

Worst stay ever. The room was so dirty I can't even describe it, and the staff were rude. They demanded extra money for an AC room, then took my mobile and gave themselves a 5 star rating after checkout. Please take suitable action about this hotel. These people aren't managers, they're all goons sitting there.

We didn't stay here. The location was poor, the rooms were very dirty, and the place was annoying, with totally negative vibes. They also charged a different price from what was listed online. I wish I could give minus marks. It's not suitable for families at all 😤😷👎

It's unsafe to stay here. When you ask for a service request, the owner makes false allegations against you. The combination of OYO and this hotel is the worst.
