I booked through OYO, but when I arrived they wanted me to pay extra, almost as much as the original charge. When I questioned it and refused, the man at reception abused me and threatened to beat me. I was there with my wife and our two-year-old, and the whole thing was traumatic. They lie, cheat, and are ready to fight with customers. A terrible experience. Never book this hotel, and never use OYO.

The room was dirty, and the hotel staff were very rude. They didn't provide any towels, and there wasn't a lock on the key.

The room was clean, but the elevator was out of order, with the reception and rooms on the second floor. The geyser didn't work either.

This doesn't feel like a hotel: no geyser, no cleanliness, no power backup for the AC, and no hunger. The manager even took my phone and gave a rating on the oyo app.

The quality here is compromised. I booked recently and had to check out within five minutes. A poor experience, don't book a room here.
