We booked and paid for two rooms through the OYO app, but on arrival the receptionist said there were no rooms, even though several were empty. He then said one room's AC wasn't working and the other was dirty, and that he wouldn't clean it. We ran into too many problems, and I really disliked Hotel Bliss 79109. The receptionist was drunk that night and spoke rudely. We also saw him give rooms to walk-in customers. I ask Oyo to cancel the hotel's licence.
2/10
The room was far too small, and there was nothing like what the app showed. The bedsheet was dirty, and the washroom was dirty and smelly. Worst experience ever.
2/10
I've stayed in hotels in many different places, but this was the worst one. Please don't stay here.
2/10
The rooms were filthy, and my experience with OYO was awful. The pictures on OYO were false, and it seems there are no checks by the brand. I would never recommend this place to a family, especially when there are much better options.
2/10
There was no water in the bathroom, and the hotel service was very bad. Please don't book a room here.
